AdriaComm's ICU Collaboration is a highly differentiated online collaborative conference solution. Whether one on one, one to many or group collaboration, it provides the highest level of business to business interaction possible by leveraging the benefits of face to face communications with the added effectiveness of using ALL the Internet online collaboration tools available on the users network or available via the Internet. ICU Collaboration allows our partner to deliver collaboration solutions to their end user customers on a SaaS basis through licensing ICU Collaboration servers and installing them locally. AdriaComm will support our partner in both delivering and maintaining the SaaS deployment for their customer base.

ICU Collaboration's product differentiation and competitive advantage lies in delivering maximum functionality, without the need for multiple product purchases, together with the highest level of security enabled through weapons-grade encryption. Complete session functional requirements, including voice, video, data, public and private key exchanges, are implemented securely, safe from Internet intruders, using the latest and most effective cryptology; so powerful that its export is governed by Department of Defense regulations (ITAR, International Trade in Arms Regulations).

AdriaComm meetings are conducted using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), a technique that creates impenetrable tunnels through the Internet, between all meeting participants and the AdriaComm servers. The advantage of a VPN over simply encrypting is that no unauthorized participant is allowed into the tunnel. By default all packets in the tunnel are still encrypted providing unparalleled security within the ICU Collaboration system.

ICU Collaboration delivers a patented encrypted integrated multiplexed communications platform with: wire-quality duplex voice, full-motion video conference, collaborative computer desktop sharing, exclusive instant-messaging, user-selected white-board graphics and interoffice-envelope file transfer for single or multiple transfer recipients. Every business conference may include unlimited additional people on cell phone or POTS desk phone in the full duplex voice service with the built-in easy-call ICU Collaboration phone dial pad.

ICU Collaboration is unique in its ability to deliver both web conferencing and videoconferencing functionality, without elaborate set-ups, and is the only product that accommodates H.323 and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) devices during a session.

It is also the only conferencing solution with end-to-end security - encryption before transmission, decryption upon arrival. No costly security certificates are required while ICU Collaboration drills through the Internet to create Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). When used for presentations, the presenter remains in charge of all the tools associated with ICU Collaboration thus using fewer resources and requiring less bandwidth. However, the same high level of security is maintained for both presentations and meetings. No snoopers allowed with ICU Collaboration.

Functionality includes voice, video, application sharing, white board - all the media employed in a conference or meeting is securely encrypted and delivered from desktop to desktop. Simply stated, If a user is permitted to browse the Internet, they can participate in an ICU Conference, firewalls and NAT not withstanding.
