ICU Conference Description
ICU Conference is a truly IP software only solution for companies in need of sales/support tool for their customers. ICU Conference is standard based (native Windows/H.323/SIP) therefore enabling parties to communicate with all currently known media including voice, video, application sharing and white board. In addition AFirewall Adapter (patented technology) is included for seamless integration and traversal of any firewall and/or NAT. If your firewall permits employees to browse the Internet our ICU Conference will go through you firewall without any upgrades or any intervention. At the same time all media packets will be encrypted so no one can tap into your communication.
ICU Conference also comes in presentation flavor in which case presenter dictates and controls presentation and tools used. This version is using a lot less resources and bandwidth therefore can be the right choice when true equal collaboration is not needed.
All ICU Conference sessions can be recorded for future training purposes.
